Demiral manages the sourcing process from factory selection to final shipment with an extensive network of reputable manufacturers and suppliers in Turkey. We actively compare prices, conduct initial sampling, and finalize payment and production terms with the final supplier to both reduce costs for customers and ensure supply stability in various volumes. Depending on customer needs (volume, grade, formulation), customization orders and export packaging are coordinated; contract manufacturing and custom labeling facilities are also available. Our goal is for the customer to have quick access to the right and competitive product without the hassle of finding a supplier.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Quality and regulatory compliance in the chemical and fertilizer trade are Demiral’s key differentiators. Each shipment undergoes a multi-step quality control process before loading: receiving and reviewing the COA from the manufacturer, independent sampling, performing the necessary analyses (purity, moisture, impurities and related parameters) and matching the results with the requirements of the destination market. In addition, our team prepares relevant documentation including MSDS, sanitary or phytosanitary certificates (if required) and analytical reports to reduce customs issues or technical risks. This approach ensures that Demiral’s customers receive a safe, traceable and acceptable product in international markets.
Logistics & Global Trade Facilitation
After quality assurance and verification, international logistics implementation is a crucial step that Demiral carries out in an integrated manner. We select the best route and mode of transportation (sea, rail, air or combined) based on cost, speed and safety priorities; export packaging and cargo stabilization are carried out in accordance with IMO/IMDG standards (for hazardous materials) and destination regulations. Our logistics team handles customs documentation, shipping insurance, coordination with forwarders and real-time tracking to reduce the risk of delays or returns. We also make the delivery and financial settlement process simple and transparent for customers by being aware of the Incoterms and import regulations of each market.
